Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, undamaged and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and protective components.
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used or placed directly against the skin cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
To request a return, contact us at amouguerstore@gmail.com before sending the product. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the product is damaged, defective or different from the item ordered, contact us promptly at amouguerstore@gmail.com and include:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue;
- clear photographs or a short video showing the product and packaging.
If the claim is accepted, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.
Return shipping
For an approved return resulting from a damaged, defective or incorrect product, Amouguer will provide return instructions and cover the reasonable return shipping cost.
For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
The return address will be provided after your request is approved. Do not return products to the address shown on the parcel without contacting us first.
Refunds
We will notify you after the returned product has been received and inspected. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
