Shipping policy

We currently ship orders only to addresses located within the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free for all eligible orders delivered within the United States. Any available shipping charges or options will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order verification, weekends, public holidays and other operational circumstances.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, when tracking is available.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery: 5–17 days after order processing.

This delivery timeframe is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, peak shopping periods or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Orders will be shipped within 30 days after the order date unless a different timeframe is disclosed before purchase or agreed with the customer.

Shipping origin and fulfillment

Products may be shipped directly by our fulfillment partners from international warehouses. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after shipment.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Delayed, lost or damaged shipments

If your order is significantly delayed, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at amouguerstore@gmail.com with your order number and relevant supporting information.

We will review the situation with the carrier or fulfillment partner and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with our refund policy and applicable law.
